Our People

Everything begins with our people.

Every team member is deeply immersed in the creative process — not as a method, but as a belief. We believe the best work comes from people who are genuinely invested in the communities they're creating for. Our team is diverse, passionate, and brings a wealth of lived experience that no research brief can replicate.

That lived experience is our greatest asset. It's what makes our work authentic, our strategies effective, and our impact real — for our clients, and for the communities they serve."

Donna Riley

Founder/CEO

After 15 years in Urban Radio with CBS and time in the music industry with Warner Bros, Elektra, and Atlantic Records, I decided — or should I say my babies decided — I needed more work-life balance. And just like that, 'CrumbSnatchers,' inspired by my children, was born.

What started as a bold idea has grown into one of Charlotte's most trusted multicultural marketing agencies — with a body of work I'm deeply proud of. Over the years we've led nationally recognized campaigns spanning tobacco cessation, HIV/AIDS awareness, Black maternal health, healthy eating and physical activity, violence prevention, affordable housing, COVID-19 communications, and Hispanic health outreach — campaigns ranging from grassroots community initiatives to investments exceeding $1 million. We've worked with Mecklenburg County Public Health, UNC Charlotte, and partners across the region, and when COVID-19 hit, we were already at the table — before, during, and after — collaborating on how to authentically reach the most vulnerable communities and honor the essential frontline heroes who showed up every single day.

Our work spans public health, community education, and health equity — addressing the disparities that have long been ignored in multicultural communities. Through it all, one thing has never changed: our north star. Everyone rises.

Today, CrumbSnatchers combines that deep cultural foundation with the latest innovations in data, insights, and strategy — because the communities we serve deserve both authenticity and excellence. We are not just keeping up with the future of marketing. We are shaping what it looks like when that future actually serves everyone.

My extensive background in multicultural marketing fuels my unwavering passion to help clients achieve their goals while uplifting the communities they serve. I believe deeply in diversity, inclusivity, and the power of making sure every voice is heard, valued, and represented.

Outside of work, I love traveling, entertaining, sending my grown kids funny things on Instagram — and still hanging out with my fine husband.

Glau Figueroa

Client Business Director

I've always been fascinated by the intersection of food and the environment, which led me to earn a degree in Environmental Studies. As the Client Business Director at CrumbSnatchers Marketing, I bring a unique blend of skills, including bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, over a decade of photography experience, and a passion for crafting compelling content. My journey has been marked by a commitment to connecting with people and creating strategies that truly resonate. I've had the privilege of working with small business owners in various capacities, placing visuals at the forefront of our narratives to make a lasting impact. Adaptability is key in our ever-changing landscape, and I pride myself on my ability to pivot seamlessly and communicate effectively. My degree in Environmental Studies isn't just a qualification - it's a guiding principle. I believe in the power of businesses to make positive contributions to the world, and I work to ensure our strategies align with sustainability and responsibility. I'm deeply passionate about issues like food security and access, community mental health and well-being, and the overall health of our environment. These aren't just talking points for me; they're causes I actively support and advocate for. I'm here to drive success and build lasting partnerships that extend beyond business - to make a positive impact on the communities we serve.

Marcia Noisette

Director, Project Management

Marcia Noisette is a seasoned creative project manager whose career spans some of the most recognized names in entertainment and media — including Walt Disney, Lorimar Telepictures, and Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG) in Los Angeles. A Winthrop University alumna, she has spent the last two decades channeling that experience into full-service creative work: graphic design, illustration, writing, book layout, and strategic content development for marketing firms and educational institutions. Across every engagement, her project management background shows — in the timelines that hold, the details that don't slip, and the strategies that actually get executed. She brings a forward-thinking approach to every project, integrating AI-powered tools and workflows to sharpen campaign strategy, streamline content development, and deliver smarter, faster results for clients. When she's not working, she's with her three adult children and two granddaughters, walking the beach, staying active, and feeding a lifelong passion for African American history.
