Donna Riley

Founder/CEO

After 15 years in Urban Radio with CBS and a stint in the Music industry with Warner Bros, Electra and Atlantic Records, I decided or should I say my babies decided I needed more Work-Life Balance and thus "Crumbsnatchers," inspired by my children, was born. Outside of my work life, I love cooking and baking with my daughter, listening to Rap Music (minus the cursing of course) with my son and just hanging out with my fine husband. My extensive background in multicultural marketing fuels my unwavering passion to help clients achieve their goals while uplifting communities. I have a deep passion for promoting diversity and inclusivity. My work allows me to do my part in assuring all voices are heard, valued and represented.

Glau Figueroa

Client Business Director

I've always been fascinated by the intersection of food and the environment, which led me to earn a degree in Environmental Studies. As the Client Business Director at CrumbSnatchers Marketing, I bring a unique blend of skills, including bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, over a decade of photography experience, and a passion for crafting compelling content. My journey has been marked by a commitment to connecting with people and creating strategies that truly resonate. I've had the privilege of working with small business owners in various capacities, placing visuals at the forefront of our narratives to make a lasting impact. Adaptability is key in our ever-changing landscape, and I pride myself on my ability to pivot seamlessly and communicate effectively. My degree in Environmental Studies isn't just a qualification - it's a guiding principle. I believe in the power of businesses to make positive contributions to the world, and I work to ensure our strategies align with sustainability and responsibility. I'm deeply passionate about issues like food security and access, community mental health and well-being, and the overall health of our environment. These aren't just talking points for me; they're causes I actively support and advocate for. I'm here to drive success and build lasting partnerships that extend beyond business - to make a positive impact on the communities we serve.
